Blossom Music Center employs a mobile-only ticketing policy. Guests must have tickets ready on the event app, unless they have received an official paper ticket in advance. If using mobile, please ensure devices are fully charged, and screen brightness is turned up.

Smoking policy:

Smoking either cigarettes or vapes at the Blossom Music Center is not allowed. There may be designated smoking areas at particular shows — please check with staff on the day.

LAWN CHAIRS:

You are allowed to have lawn chairs when attending concerts with lawn tickets. The lawn chairs must be no taller than 9 inches from the ground. If you do not have your own chairs fitting this requirement you are welcome to rent a chair on the day for only $5.00.

You’re welcome to bring blankets and umbrellas….. but please take into account others around you, if your items are a inconvenience to others you may be asked to remove them. Small binoculars are perfectly fine, although you’re able to see the stage and screens at any point on the lawn.

Light smoking is allowed only on the lawn.

Food is allowed if it is in a small see-through zip-locked bag. Clear bottled water is also the only beverage you will be allowed to bring onto the lawn.

ORCHESTRA RULES:

While the above rules apply to most shows at Blossom Music Center, performances by the Cleveland Orchestra may have different rules. Most notably, an earlier entry is allowed for picnics and mingling, with slightly more relaxed food and beverage rules. Please check with your specific event for more information.

The orchestra events tend to be less busy and more relaxed than the usual events.

You may enjoy orchestral performances accompanied by your own wine and picnic providing you take your litter with you afterwards. Usual food restrictions do not apply to orchestra events, and picnic hampers are welcome – however, do not to grill or use any cooking apparatus with open flames, including candles.

Please follow official venue rules for the best possible experience and safety of all patrons. The official venue site is here.
